The intersection of fashion x food has been huge in media this past year. As reported by Vogue Business “to GenZ, food is the new luxury,” and love posting about/consuming it on social media
The impact of this has resulted in the rise of people like Nara Smith, Gabriette, & Sydney Carlson, who are all known for their food & fashion alike. Fashion & food collabs are also on the rise with the likes of Rhode x Krispy Kreme, kylie cosmetics x Crumbl, and a plethora of Erewhon smoothies.
What’s more, right now celebrity x food interview style collabs on Youtube are generating millions of views! ex. hot ones & chicken shop date


for my series idea, I wanted to tap into this fashion, food fusion phenomena. As well as the popularity of these interviews.
my idea: Vogue Taste Makers
Seeking the favorite meals of some of the most fashionable celebrities.
The series will feature celebrities showcasing their choice of a 3 course “death row meal” which will feature an appetizer, entree, & dessert. The celebrity will be interviewed during the video share recent things happening in their careers/lives. If the celebrity is an artist on tour, rather than a “death row meal” the video can showcase their “go to tour meal”.
